With a background in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and over 15 years of experience in the engineering sector, including senior roles as a Quality Manager, he offers a strong foundation of problem-solving, precision, and attention to detail.

Having personally experienced the migration journey to Australia, Chinmay understands the challenges and aspirations that clients face. This lived experience inspired him to study Migration Law and become a registered practitioner, dedicated to guiding others through the complexities of the migration process.

Shraddha Bodhe plays a key role in overseeing the administration and operations of the firm, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient client support. With a background as a Microbiologist and over 10 years of professional experience, she brings precision, organisation, and attention to detail to every aspect of her work.

Her active interest in the field of migration has allowed her to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s client services, where she combines a professional and structured approach with genuine care for client outcomes.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Shraddha has a passion for travel and exploring different cultures, which enhances her ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and understand their migration aspirations.

Chandrakant Datar (Business Development)

Mr. Chandrakant Datar is an experienced professional and former engineer who lived and worked in Australia for more than 15 years before venturing into the field of immigration consultancy. Since 1998, he has successfully assisted over 400 Indian professionals in settling in Australia, building a long-standing reputation for trust, integrity, and client-focused service.

During his time in Australia, Mr. Datar observed that many aspiring migrants were unaware of the complex migration procedures and were often misled by unprofessional agencies. Recognising this gap, he dedicated his career to providing reliable, transparent, and ethical migration solutions, ensuring clients receive the right guidance from the very beginning of their journey.

In addition to his migration expertise, Mr. Datar brings strong business development skills, supporting the firm in building strategic collaborations, expanding outreach, and strengthening its presence in the migration services sector.
