With a background in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and over 15 years of experience in the engineering sector, including senior roles as a Quality Manager, he offers a strong foundation of problem-solving, precision, and attention to detail.
Having personally experienced the migration journey to Australia, Chinmay understands the challenges and aspirations that clients face. This lived experience inspired him to study Migration Law and become a registered practitioner, dedicated to guiding others through the complexities of the migration process.

With a background as a Microbiologist and over 10 years of professional experience, she brings precision, organisation, and attention to detail to every aspect of her work.
Her active interest in the field of migration has allowed her to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s client services, where she combines a professional and structured approach with genuine care for client outcomes.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Shraddha has a passion for travel and exploring different cultures, which enhances her ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and understand their migration aspirations.

Chandrakant Datar (Global Operations)
Mr Chandrakant Datar, an ex-engineer who has lived and worked in Australia for more than 15 years, before venturing into immigration consultancy. Since 1998, Mr Datar has helped over 400 Indian professionals settle in Australia.
